Terms
Terms of use
By using libresprite.dev you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free information, no accounts, nothing to buy.
Information, as is
We test what we write, but software changes and mistakes happen. The content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Follow instructions (especially commands that change system settings or delete files) at your own risk, and keep backups of your work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage or data loss resulting from use of this site.
LibreSprite itself
LibreSprite is developed by the LibreSprite project and its contributors and licensed under the GNU GPL version 2. We don’t distribute it: download links point to the project’s official GitHub releases or to established package repositories. Your use of LibreSprite is governed by its licence, not by these terms.
Reusing our content
- Short quotes with a link back to the page are welcome.
- Commands and code snippets on this site may be used freely in your own projects.
- Please don’t republish whole pages or our screenshots and images without asking first at hello@libresprite.dev.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it to mislead people (for example by presenting it as official LibreSprite or Aseprite material).
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: contact.
